What does the multi-day programme include?
One chauffeur, one car and one price for every day of the programme. Fuel, parking, tolls and the driver’s own hotel and meals sit inside it. Four things come with every booking:
The same driver every day
Your chauffeur meets you on day 1 and stays to the last drop-off. Luggage travels in the car between hotels.
Hotel-door pickup, your departure time
Any London hotel or Heathrow terminal on day 1; later days start at your hotel door at the hour you set.
Up to 8 hours a day, stops included
Each touring day covers 8 hours door to door. Village, viewpoint and lunch stops within those hours cost nothing extra.
Ends where you need to be
Back at your London hotel, at a Heathrow terminal, or at the door of your ship at Southampton.
Not included: your hotels, meals and attraction tickets. We do not book hotels; you choose them and we plan each day’s driving around them. The chauffeur drives and waits; a licensed tour guide is arranged separately.
Which route works best for 3 days from London?
London to the Cotswolds, then Bath, then Stonehenge on the way to Southampton or back to London. The Cotswolds cover almost 800 square miles across five counties. Day 1 therefore stays in three villages rather than crossing the region.
Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford lie within 20 miles of each other. Bath is about 1 hour beyond them, and Stonehenge under an hour from Bath.

Two days? Skip the Bath overnight and drive Bath → Stonehenge → London on day 2. Four or five days? Add Oxford, Windsor or a second Cotswolds day. With one day only, take the Cotswolds day trip or the Stonehenge and Bath day trip instead.
How much does a multi-day England tour cost?

Any other combination is quoted per itinerary as one written figure for the whole car: a Range Rover on touring days, a night in Oxford or a finish at Heathrow. Hours beyond a day’s allowance are quoted with the itinerary, never added afterwards.
For four or more travellers with cruise luggage, the Mercedes V-Class carries 7 passengers and 7 cases.
Can the tour end at Southampton for a cruise?
Yes. Southampton handles around three million cruise passengers a year through five terminals: City, Ocean, Horizon, Mayflower and QEII. Your chauffeur drops you at the terminal your ship uses, and the luggage goes straight to the porters.
Give us the ship name and the final boarding time when you book. Day 3 is then planned backwards from that deadline, with Stonehenge kept or dropped to suit it.
The programme also runs in reverse. The chauffeur meets you at the terminal on disembarkation morning and the tour ends in London. Air arrivals can start at Heathrow, as on our Heathrow to Southampton cruise transfer.
What should we know before booking a multi-day tour?
- Hotelsyou book your own. A village hotel in Bourton, Burford or Bibury keeps night 1 close to the next morning’s stops. Central Bath keeps night 2 walkable.
- TicketsStonehenge tickets are valid all day and cost less booked online by midnight the day before. Roman Baths tickets are also cheaper in advance; weekends cost more than weekdays.
- Luggagethe E-Class carries 3 passengers and 3 cases; the V-Class 7 and 7. Bags stay in the car while you walk each village.
- Child seatsfitted on request at no charge; give us the children’s ages with the booking.
- Pacemost guests leave at 09:00 and are at the hotel by 17:00. Change the plan with the chauffeur the evening before.

Is it the same driver and car for the whole trip?
Yes. One chauffeur and one Mercedes stay with you from the London pickup to the final drop-off: a London hotel, a Heathrow terminal or a Southampton cruise terminal. Luggage rides in the car between hotels, so you never repack for a change of vehicle.
Do you book our hotels?
No. You choose and book your own hotels, and we plan each day’s driving around their addresses. We suggest towns that keep the mornings short, a Cotswolds village for night 1 and central Bath for night 2. The reservation is yours.
How many days do you need for the Cotswolds, Bath and Stonehenge?
Three days is the comfortable minimum: one for three Cotswolds villages, one for Bath, and one for Stonehenge on the way to Southampton or London. Two days works if you skip the Bath overnight. Four or five days allow Oxford, Windsor or a second Cotswolds day.
Can we reach our ship at Southampton on the last day?
Yes, when we know the ship name and final boarding time at booking. Stonehenge to the port takes about an hour, and the day is planned backwards from your deadline. The chauffeur drops you at the door of whichever of the five terminals your ship uses.
Which car suits a family with cruise luggage?
The Mercedes V-Class, with 7 seats and room for 7 cases. Couples with two cases travel in the E-Class. Child seats are fitted on request at no charge; tell us the children’s ages when you book.
How far ahead should we book, and can we cancel?
