Executive Car Hire London
Arrive composed. Every time.
A professional chauffeur, a Mercedes prepared for you, and one fixed price agreed before you travel.
From £230 — half day (4 hours)

Tripyana’s executive car hire in London provides a professional chauffeur and a dedicated Mercedes at one fixed, pre-agreed price. A half day (4 hours) starts at £230, a full day (8 hours) at £370, and fixed executive airport transfers at £125. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Choosing is simple: the E-Class for one or two executives, the V-Class when a team of up to seven travels with luggage, and the S-Class or Range Rover when first impressions carry the meeting.

Can My Company Open a Corporate Chauffeur Account?

Accounts are opened on request and are subject to approval. Payment terms are agreed with your company when the account opens.

What Makes a Car Service Executive?
Three things separate an executive car service from an ordinary ride: the car, the chauffeur and the paperwork. Each one is settled before you travel, not left to chance on the day.
- The car. Every booking is a Mercedes or a Range Rover, chosen for who is travelling and how much they carry, and presented clean and quiet. The Range Rover takes four suitcases.
- The chauffeur. Assigned to your booking in advance and at the pickup early, with the route and your timings already planned. Courteous, unhurried and focused on the drive, so you can focus on the day.
- Discretion. What is said on a call or read in the back seat stays in the car. Board papers, client names and travel plans are nobody else’s business.
- The paperwork. Fare, car class and route arrive in one written confirmation. For business travel, an invoice in the company name is available, and regular bookers can use the corporate account described above.
The standard does not change with the size of the booking. A single airport run and a day of back-to-back meetings get the same car, the same preparation and a price you approve before you confirm.
Do You Cover Executive Airport Transfers?
Executive airport transfers are the most booked service on this fleet. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals with a name board, your flight is tracked live, and 60 minutes of free waiting is included on international arrivals — if the flight is late, we adjust and wait. Arriving with VIP guests? Add VIP meet and assist at Heathrow and a personal agent walks them from the aircraft door to the car. For the very top tier, Heathrow’s Windsor Suite private terminal can be arranged on request.
Heathrow to a central London hotel is a single fixed fare with the E-Class. Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City are covered on the same basis, and cruise travellers use the Heathrow to Southampton cruise transfer at £225 fixed.

Can the Chauffeur Stay With Me for a Full Day of Meetings?
Yes. On half-day or full-day hire, the same car and chauffeur stay with you between appointments. Waiting time is included in the fixed rate, so an overrunning meeting adds nothing within your booked hours.
Send the schedule once and the chauffeur plans each leg around it. Typical business days include:
- Roadshows and investor meetings across the City, Canary Wharf and the West End.
- Conference and exhibition days at venues such as ExCeL London and Olympia, with pickups timed to your sessions.
- Client hospitality: collecting guests from their hotels and returning them after dinner.
- A visiting executive’s arrival: airport pickup with live flight tracking, then straight on to the first meeting.
Travelling as a team? The V-Class seats up to seven with luggage, so colleagues can brief together between stops. Calls made on the move stay private, and extra stops are fine within the booked hours. Corporate hospitality days work the same way, from a Royal Ascot chauffeur to a Henley Royal Regatta chauffeur.
To plan a multi-meeting day with a business chauffeur in London, share the itinerary and we send a written fixed quote the same day. For a visit that runs a full week, weekly chauffeur hire keeps one car with you for seven 8-hour days.
Can a PA Book a Chauffeur for a Guest or Colleague?
Yes. An assistant, an office manager or a host can book on behalf of someone else. Enter the traveller’s name and mobile number when you book, and the confirmation comes to your email so you can forward the details. The chauffeur greets the traveller by name, and you keep a written record of the agreed price.
For an airport pickup, add the flight number. If the landing is delayed, the pickup time moves with it, and the name board carries your guest’s name rather than yours. To book well for someone else, send:
- The traveller’s full name and a mobile number they will carry on the day.
- The pickup address or flight number, the destination and any stops on the way.
- How many people are travelling and how many bags, which decides between the E-Class and the V-Class.
- Anything the chauffeur should know, such as a tight check-in or a first meeting straight after landing.
Hosting several visitors on the same day, such as a delegation or a board arriving from different flights? Send the list through the contact page and we return one fixed quote that covers every car, so a single approval settles the whole visit.
Can the Chauffeur Take Me to the Airport After My Last Meeting?
Yes. Departures are planned backwards from your flight, not from a fixed rule. Send the flight number, the terminal and the pickup address. That can be the office, your hotel or the last meeting.
We set the collection time around London traffic at that hour and your airline’s check-in deadline. The time is then confirmed to you in writing. On the day, the chauffeur arrives early, loads the luggage and drops you at the departures drop-off for your terminal.
On half-day or full-day hire, the airport can simply be the final leg. Your bags stay in the boot through the meetings, so nobody returns to the hotel to collect them. A team flying out together travels in the V-Class, with room for everyone’s luggage.
Can I Book a Chauffeur at Short Notice?
Yes. Our executive car service London-wide takes same-day bookings online up to one hour before pickup. With very short notice the chauffeur may reach you a few minutes after the requested time, so leave a small margin when a meeting start is fixed.
Every booking is pre-booked private hire, never a car flagged down in the street. The car, the chauffeur and the fixed price are confirmed to you in writing before pickup, even when you book in the morning for the afternoon.
Early flights, late finishes after a client dinner and weekend arrivals are handled the same way. Our team answers by phone and email, and moves the pickup time or address if your plans change.
When the date is known in advance, book it then. A day’s notice lets the chauffeur plan each leg around your schedule, and weeks with major conferences or trade fairs fill early.
Do You Drive to Business Meetings Outside London?
Yes. Plenty of important meetings sit outside the capital: a client site in the Midlands, a plant visit in the North, a board meeting at a country house hotel. The chauffeur collects you from your office, home or hotel in London, drives you door to door and brings you back the same evening. Nobody on your team has to drive, park or hunt for the venue entrance.
The motorway miles become working time. Read the papers, take calls in private and arrive prepared rather than tired from the wheel. When several colleagues travel together, the V-Class keeps everyone in one car, so the briefing happens on the way and the debrief on the way home.
Two routes we already plan in detail are London to Birmingham and London to Manchester. For any other city, send the destination address and your meeting times, and we return one fixed price per car before you confirm.
To plan the day well, tell us:
- The time you must be in the room, so departure is set around traffic with a margin.
- Roughly when the meeting should finish, and whether you need a second stop before heading back.
- Where you want to be dropped on return: the office, home, a hotel or an airport for an evening flight.

What does executive car service mean?
An executive car service is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven car for business travel, with a professional chauffeur and a premium vehicle. It covers airport transfers, meetings, roadshows and full business days across London.
Does the chauffeur wait between my meetings?
Yes. On half-day and full-day hire, the chauffeur and car stay with you for the booked hours, and waiting between meetings is included in the fixed rate. Share your schedule when you book, and the chauffeur is ready to collect you as each meeting ends.
Can I hire an executive car for an evening event?
Yes. Client dinners, awards nights and evening receptions are booked as half-day hire at the same fixed rates shown on this page. The chauffeur drops you at the venue, stays nearby and takes you home or back to your hotel when the evening ends, so nobody has to find a ride late at night. Hosting several guests? The V-Class seats up to seven.
