Our London chauffeurs all hold a private hire driver licence. It is granted only after an enhanced DBS check of the driver’s criminal record, so nobody drives for us without one.

Passengers with reduced mobility
Your chauffeur meets you at the door, loads the luggage and keeps to your pace. Our fleet has no ramp-equipped vehicle, so a wheelchair user needs to move into a car seat. Mention a folding wheelchair when you book and we confirm the car has room for it.
Help inside the airport
A Meet & Assist greeter walks beside the passenger from the aircraft door to the car, and a porter can be added for heavy luggage. We do not provide a terminal buggy; a wheelchair inside the terminal is the airport’s free assistance, requested through your airline.
Children travelling without an adult
A traveller under 18 flying alone is booked only as the airport reception package plus £100, with written consent from a parent or guardian before the flight. Our student airport pickup page shows the package at each airport.
Families with young children
Child car seats are free for every age, from infant carriers to boosters. Add each child’s age in the booking form so the right seat is ready.
