Yes — you can modify or cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before pickup. If your airline cancels your flight, we move your booking to your new flight free of charge, even on the day of travel, or, if you prefer, we refund you in full.

Fares are set and charged in pounds sterling, so your card issuer’s exchange rate on the day decides the exact dollar amount. The price covers the car, not each passenger. The pound fare is fixed per car and confirmed in writing when you book.
If you arrive with luggage, children or after an overnight flight, yes: your chauffeur is already waiting when you clear customs, the car is at the kerb, and the fare was agreed before you flew. Flight tracking means a late landing costs nothing, and you go door to door without changing vehicles.

Heathrow to London’s Five-Star Hotels
Several of London’s grandest hotels sit around Hyde Park Corner, the first part of central London you reach from the west. The Lanesborough overlooks the corner itself, The Peninsula London stands on Grosvenor Place by Wellington Arch, and Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is on Hamilton Place just off it. A little further west, Bulgari Hotel London is on Knightsbridge, close to Harrods.
Along Park Lane, The Dorchester faces Hyde Park, while Claridge’s stands on the corner of Brook Street and Davies Street in the heart of Mayfair.
The Ritz London looks onto Green Park from Piccadilly, but its main entrance is on Arlington Street, and that is where your car pulls up. The Langham London is at the top of Regent Street, on Portland Place. Towards the river, Corinthia London is on Whitehall Place between Trafalgar Square and the Embankment, and The Savoy is reached through Savoy Court off the Strand.

Going Back to Heathrow: Your Return Transfer from the Hotel
