Questions before you book the Snowdonia tour
Can you do Snowdonia in two days from London?
Yes, with one night in North Wales. Day one covers the drive, Betws-y-Coed and the Llanberis Pass. Day two gives you a morning at one castle before the drive home. Your driver handles every mile, so you arrive fresh.
How much does a private 2-day Snowdonia tour cost?
The V-Class costs £2,000 for the whole car over both days, for up to seven passengers. The E-Class total is in the price cards above. Both include fuel, parking and the driver’s overnight. The S-Class and Range Rover are quoted on request.
Is our hotel included in the price?
No. You book your own room, and we suggest the town that suits day two: Llanberis, Betws-y-Coed, Caernarfon, Conwy or Llandudno. The driver’s accommodation is arranged and paid by us, so you never pay for it separately.
Can we ride the Snowdon Mountain Railway on this tour?
Yes, if you book the tickets yourself on the railway’s website. A summit return takes about two and a half hours from Llanberis. Tell us the departure time and we plan the day around it. Expect one to three extra hours that day.
What if a day runs longer than planned?
Your driver simply waits. Each day covers up to nine hours, waiting included. Hours past nine are added at the car’s hourly rate shown under the prices, so there is no surprise charge. Tell us your plans in advance and we build them into the quote.
Can the tour start from Heathrow or last three days?
Yes to both. Your driver can meet you at Heathrow arrivals on day one. A third day adds one more day at the same day rate and another driver’s night. That fits the railway, Portmeirion and both castles without rushing.
