Questions before you book
Can you do a day trip to Wales from London?
Yes. Cardiff is about three hours from London by car, so the whole day fits inside 12 hours. You get over five hours at Cardiff Castle and in Cardiff Bay, and are back at your hotel around 7:30pm. North Wales needs two days.
Where do you pick us up?
Anywhere in London: your hotel, apartment or an airport terminal. On arrival days the driver meets you inside arrivals with a name board. In the evening the car brings you back to your London door.
Which car suits a family of five?
A Mercedes V-Class at £755 for the day. It seats seven with seven suitcases and has room for a pushchair. Child seats are fitted free on request. Couples usually take the E-Class; the S-Class and Range Rover are quoted on request.
Can we change the stops on the day?
Yes. Tell your driver and the plan changes with you. Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch or St Fagans can replace the Bay afternoon. It costs nothing extra while the day stays inside 12 hours.
What if we want to stay later in Cardiff?
Tell the driver or add it when you book. Each hour after the twelfth is charged at the extra-hour rate for your car. Every started hour counts as a full hour. Dinner at Mermaid Quay before the drive home usually adds one or two hours.
Are entry tickets included?
No. The price covers the car, the chauffeur, fuel and parking. You buy entry tickets directly from each attraction, and we tell you which ones to book ahead. Meals are not included either.
