What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time and move the pickup automatically to the actual landing time, so there is no need to call us, and waiting is free if your flight is delayed, however long the delay.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup: send us your booking reference through the contact page or by email, we confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount to the original payment method within the usual banking days.
Are the congestion charge and parking included?
Yes — congestion charge, ULEZ, parking and airport entry are all included in the price you see at booking. Nothing is added on the day, whatever your route inside London or the number of stops agreed in advance.
Do you provide a child seat?
Yes, free of charge — just tell us the child’s age and approximate weight in the notes field when you book, and the right child seat is fitted in the car before you arrive. Families can request more than one seat.
