Peppa Pig World is inside Paultons Park near Romsey, 83 miles from London. Allow nine to ten hours; hours beyond the package are charged at the hourly rate.
How much does a chauffeur to each theme park cost?
One figure per car for the whole day, agreed in writing before you travel. The price depends on the park’s distance from London and on the vehicle, never on the number of passengers.

Chessington lies inside our London zone, so it takes the city day rate. Legoland is priced as the Marlow & Windsor day trip, because the park is two miles from Windsor town. Thorpe Park takes the same day rate as Chessington; Peppa Pig World follows the distance bands the booking form uses.
Pickups at Heathrow work the same way. Legoland is 12 miles from Terminal 5 and Thorpe Park 7 miles; an arrival-day visit is easy to plan.

Which theme park suits our children’s ages?
Peppa Pig World for the under-sixes and Legoland from about three to twelve. Chessington suits mixed ages; Thorpe Park is for teenagers who want the big rides.
- Legoland Windsor — more than 55 rides and attractions built for young children. The park publishes a height limit for every ride; most start at 90 cm.
- Chessington — a theme park, a zoo with more than 1,000 animals and a SEA LIFE aquarium on one ticket. Good when ages range from three to thirteen.
- Thorpe Park — more than 25 rides led by the big coasters. The rider requirements page lists a height minimum per ride; check it for children under 1.4 m.
- Peppa Pig World — a themed land inside Paultons Park for toddlers and pre-schoolers, with the rest of the park for older siblings.

How far is each park from London, and where does the driver wait?
All four parks are motorway runs. The driver drops the family at the entrance path, parks the car and stays on site, phone on.

- Chessington, KT9 2NE16 miles, about 40 minutes down the A3; the resort is on the A243, two miles from the M25.

What should we know before a theme park day?

- Tickets:all four parks sell dated tickets online at a lower price than the gate. Pre-booking also guarantees entry on busy days.
- Opening hours:10:00 is the usual opening, with closing between 16:00 and 18:00 by season. Each park publishes a calendar by date, linked below.
- Height limits:measure the children before you choose the park; Legoland and Thorpe Park publish a minimum height for every ride.
- Seasons:the parks run reduced calendars from November to February. Thorpe Park’s Fright Nights in October run into the evening, so plan a later pickup.
- Rain:Legoland and Chessington are largely outdoors. A spare set of clothes in the car is the reason many parents give for booking a waiting driver.

No. Tickets are sold only on each park’s own website, dated and cheaper than at the gate. Our part is the car, the chauffeur who waits on site all day, and the drive home. Buy the tickets first, then send us the same date and we match the pickup time to the opening hour.
Does the driver really wait at the park the whole day?
Yes. The eight-hour price covers the drive out, the whole visit and the drive back. The car stays in the park’s car park with no meter and no fixed return time. Message the driver from the exit and the car is at the pickup point within minutes.
How long is the drive from London to Legoland Windsor?
About 45 minutes from central London in normal traffic, 25 miles west along the M4 to junction 6. From Heathrow Terminal 5 it is 12 miles, around 20 minutes. Chessington and Thorpe Park take about 40 to 45 minutes; Peppa Pig World near Romsey is about 1 hour 45 minutes.
Which park is best for a three-year-old?
Peppa Pig World, built for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Next comes Legoland Windsor, where most rides start at 90 cm and children under that height enter free. Chessington adds a zoo and an aquarium for mixed ages. Thorpe Park is the teenagers’ park; many of its rides need 1.4 m.
Can we combine Legoland with Windsor Castle in one day?
Yes, at the Legoland day price. The park is two miles from the castle, so a castle morning and a Legoland afternoon fit the eight hours. Leave London by 08:00. Tell us at booking and the plan is written with both stops and their timings.
What happens if we stay longer than eight hours?
The extra time is added at the hourly rate for your vehicle. Every started hour counts as a full hour. On Thorpe Park’s Fright Nights dates the park runs to 21:00, so we quote a longer day in advance. A shorter visit does not reduce the package price.
Are child seats included, and can we bring a pushchair?
Yes to both. Infant, toddler and booster seats are fitted before pickup at no charge; give us the children’s ages when you book. A folded pushchair rides in the boot of the V-Class with room to spare. The car is your base for spare clothes and snacks all day.
