What is included

What does a private driver for patients in London include?

One Mercedes and one chauffeur for the whole booking; fuel, parking, Congestion Charge and ULEZ are inside the price. Four things come with every treatment day:

The car stays with you

From the hotel door to the clinic and back, with no new booking between appointments. The hours run from pickup to final drop.

Room for a wheelchair and luggage

A folded wheelchair or walker rides in the luggage area. The V-Class seats 7 with 7 bags and has sliding doors.

Errands for companions

While the patient is inside, the chauffeur takes a companion to the pharmacy or a supermarket. The car is back before the appointment ends.

Arrival and departure days

Heathrow pickup with a name board and an hour of free waiting after landing. The same car takes you back for the flight home.

Hospitals and clinics

Which London hospitals and clinics do you drive to?

Any hospital or clinic in London. Most patient bookings go to the Harley Street area in Marylebone. Consulting rooms line Harley Street, Devonshire Place and Beaumont Street, a few hundred metres apart.

We are an independent chauffeur company with no affiliation to any hospital, embassy or health office. The addresses below come from each hospital’s own website; tell us the department and entrance when you book.

A treatment day

How does a typical treatment day work with the driver?

The chauffeur meets you at the hotel at your chosen time; the car stays within reach all day. A day with two appointments usually looks like this:

TimeWhere you areWhat the chauffeur does
08:30Pickup at your hotel in Mayfair or KnightsbridgeLoads luggage, wheelchair or samples
09:00Drop at the clinic entrance, Harley StreetParks nearby and waits
09:00–12:00Patient in consultation or testsTakes a companion to the pharmacy or shops, returns before the end
12:30Lunch or rest at the hotelCar at the door when you are ready
14:30Second appointment or imaging at another hospitalDirect drive, no re-booking
16:30Back at the hotel8 hours used: the day rate applies

A single morning appointment fits the 4-hour minimum; two sites or a long clinic day fits the 8-hour day. Every started hour beyond the booked block counts as a full hour, so tell us your likely finish time.

Prices and cars

How much does a driver for hospital visits cost?

The price depends on the car and the hours, never on the stops or the headcount. The cards show the 4-hour minimum for each car; the table adds the hourly, day and airport figures.

Arrival at Heathrow

How does the Heathrow arrival work for a patient?

The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding your name and tracks the flight. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are free. Heathrow has four passenger terminals (2, 3, 4 and 5); we check yours against the flight number.

Luggage and a folded wheelchair go straight into the car. The first stop can be the hospital rather than the hotel when admission is on the arrival day. The one-way fares by car are on our Heathrow airport transfer page.

Rush-hour traffic changes the drive time into Marylebone; see our London airport journey times by hour.

Can the driver wait while I am inside the hospital?
