Which London Airports and Terminals Do You Cover?
All five London airports, at every terminal: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 at Heathrow, the North and South terminals at Gatwick, and the single terminals at Stansted, Luton and London City. The terminal is read from the flight number, so nobody works it out on the day.
Students on connecting flights are collected at the final London arrival, not the first landing. If the itinerary changes, send the new flight number and the pickup moves with it.
What Happens If the Flight Is Delayed?
Nothing changes for the family. Every booking is tracked against the live arrival time and the representative’s shift moves with the aircraft. The 60 free minutes start when the wheels touch down, not at the scheduled time, so a two-hour delay is not a two-hour bill.

Can a Student Bring Extra Luggage to Halls?

No, it continues from it. Airline unaccompanied minor services end when staff hand the child over in the arrivals hall. Our representative takes over there, completes the terminal formalities and delivers the student to the person you authorised, or to their accommodation.
