What does the match-day service include?

NFL London Games at Tottenham and Wembley
The NFL plays its London regular-season games each October at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley, with a 2.30pm Sunday kick-off. One 2026 game remains: Texans v Jaguars at Wembley on 18 October. Pickup is around noon, and a 7-hour booking usually covers the game and the drive back.
Each ground runs an event-day traffic plan with the police and council. The chauffeur checks the closures and picks a legal drop-off point on a short walk, the same routine as our Silverstone Grand Prix chauffeur day and the Henley Royal Regatta set-down.
Tickets are not part of the service. You buy them from the club; we handle the road, the wait and the way home.
How does the timing work on a match day?
Pickup is about 2 hours 30 minutes before kick-off for a London ground, so the car arrives before the closures begin. A 7-hour booking covers the sequence below. A 4-hour booking suits a drop, a short wait and a return from a nearby ground.
- Kick-off minus 2 hours 30 minutes the chauffeur is at your hotel, kick-off confirmed from the official fixture list.
- Kick-off minus 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes drop-off beside the cordon; Wembley closes roads from mid-afternoon for evening events, so we arrive earlier.
- During the game the car is parked and the chauffeur stays reachable by phone; coats and bags stay in the boot.
- Final whistle plus 20 to 40 minutes you walk to the meeting point as the crowd clears; the exit route is set.
- Back at the hotel a dinner stop on the way sits inside the booked hours.
How much does a match day driver from London cost?
The figure depends on the car and the package, never on the number of fans. London grounds use the 4-hour or 7-hour package; Manchester uses the full-day return.

The same 4-hour rates apply to any car hire with driver in London. For five or more supporters the Mercedes V-Class has three rows of seats and room for flags and shopping.
Can we drive to a Manchester match and come back the same night?
Yes. Central London to the Etihad or Old Trafford is about 4 hours each way. A 15:00 kick-off means leaving the hotel around 09:00 and returning about 22:00. The package covers 9 hours; any extra time is added to your written quote.

Newcastle and Liverpool are further, with a return leg past midnight, so those days are quoted per match.
What should football fans know before booking?
- Tickets bought by you from the club; we do not sell or hold tickets and have no club link.
- Kick-off time send the fixture; we confirm pickup against the official Premier League list, which changes for television.
- Landing on match day a Heathrow pickup straight to the ground, with flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting as on any Heathrow airport transfer.
- Children child seats fitted at no charge; tell us the ages. The E-Class carries 3 passengers, the V-Class 7.
How do we plan a hospitality or corporate match day?
Plan a hospitality day around the arrival time on your invitation, not the kick-off. Send us that time and the time your lounge closes, and we set pickup and collection from both.
- Arrival pickup is timed from the invitation so you reach the cordon before the closures begin, dressed and on time for the meal.
- After the game staying on in the lounge moves the meeting time later; the chauffeur meets you at the agreed point at that hour.
- Package length a hospitality day usually fits the 7-hour package; a longer day is set out in your written quote before you pay.
- Hosting guests an S-Class or Range Rover for clients, or a V-Class to keep up to 7 guests in one car.

Does the driver wait during the match?
Yes. Waiting is part of the package: the car is parked nearby and the chauffeur stays reachable by phone. You return to the meeting point at your own pace after the final whistle, and anything left in the car is where you left it.
Can we go to Old Trafford or the Etihad for a match and return to London the same night?
Yes. The Manchester match day is the full-day return from £895 per car, covering 9 hours. A same-night return with a 15:00 kick-off runs to about 13 hours, and the quote you accept already includes that time.
Do you sell match tickets or work with the clubs?
No. We are a private hire company, not a ticket agency, with no partnership with any club or stadium. You buy tickets from the club; our part is the car, the chauffeur, the waiting and the journey home.
Can I cancel if the fixture is moved for television?
