Short events, such as a two-hour concert close to your hotel, fit the 4-hour minimum. Awards dinners that end after midnight need the 8-hour booking.
If the event overruns, the chauffeur stays. Extra time is added hour by hour at the rate shown in your written quote.

Does the chauffeur wait during the event?
Yes. Waiting is part of the booked hours. The chauffeur parks within reach of the venue and sends you the collection point by message. When you are ready to leave, you message the chauffeur and the car comes to that point.
What happens if the event runs late?
The chauffeur stays with you. Extra time is added hour by hour at the rate in your written quote, and every started hour counts as a full hour. For awards dinners that often end after midnight, the 8-hour booking is usually cheaper.
Can you provide several cars for a corporate event or wedding?
Yes. Each car is priced on its own and all cars appear on one quote and one invoice. Every chauffeur works from the same run sheet, with one lead contact on your side. Book a month ahead when you need several cars.
Do you drive to race days and events outside London?
Yes. Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and the British Grand Prix at Silverstone each have their own page with the day price. For other venues outside London, send the address and we quote one fixed figure for the whole day.
