One private driver for your whole week in London.
Same Mercedes and chauffeur every day: shopping, meetings, family days.
- From £2,590 per week · 7 days of 8 hours
UK-licensedWeekly private driver hire in London costs £2,590 for a Mercedes E-Class. That buys seven 8-hour days with one car and, where rosters allow, the same chauffeur. Extra hours use the hourly rate, days outside London take that trip’s price, and months are quoted separately. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
What does weekly private driver hire in London include?
Seven consecutive days, each of 8 hours from your first pickup to your last drop. Fuel, parking, the Congestion Charge and the ULEZ are inside the weekly figure. Four things come with every week:
One chauffeur for the week
We roster the same driver for all seven days where possible, not guaranteed. By day two he knows your hotel, your restaurants and the children’s names.
Your start time, every day
Each day begins when you say: 09:00 for meetings, 11:00 after a late breakfast, 16:00 for an evening out. The 8 hours run from that moment.
Unlimited stops inside the hours
Harrods, a clinic, a school run, dinner in Mayfair: any number of stops within the day. Shopping bags stay in the boot between stores.
One contact, one written price
You receive one figure for the week before you pay, then one phone number for every change during the stay.
What does a week with a private driver in London look like?
Most weekly clients are families in Mayfair, Knightsbridge or Marylebone for the summer, or executives with a full diary. The pattern below is the one we see most often; any day can be moved.
Arrival and departure are separate one-way transfers, so all seven days stay free for the city. Heathrow has four passenger terminals (2, 3, 4 and 5); we match yours to the flight number.

| Day | Where the car goes | Hours used |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Knightsbridge and Bond Street shopping, lunch in Mayfair, hotel by 18:00 | 8 |
| Day 2 | Westminster, Tower of London and Greenwich for the children | 8 |
| Day 3 | Bicester Village outlet day, 105 km each way, driver waits at the entrance | 8 (swap day, see below) |
| Day 4 | Morning free; 14:00 pickup for Hyde Park, Edgware Road dinner and a late return | 8 from 14:00 |
| Day 5 | Meetings in the City and Canary Wharf, back to the hotel between each | 8 |
| Day 6 | Cotswolds villages or Bath, 2 hours each way | 8 (swap day) |
| Day 7 | Oxford Street, Selfridges and a last dinner; luggage packed for the flight | 8 |
Two of the seven days above leave London. Each is priced at that destination’s day-trip figure instead of the London day.
How much does a private driver cost per week and per month in London?
The weekly figure is seven London days of 8 hours, added together, with nothing added for booking them consecutively. The cards show the week for each car; the table adds extra hours, swap days and the monthly option.

Worked example: an E-Class week with the Cotswolds on day 6 comes to £2,720. The £500 trip price replaces one £370 London day. Send your seven days for the exact total in writing.
The building block is the 8-hour day of our car hire with driver in London, where single days book online. For a family with luggage and pushchairs, the Mercedes V-Class seats 7 and takes 7 cases.

Can days outside London be part of the weekly hire?
Yes. Any day can become a countryside day: the London day leaves the total and that destination’s day-trip price goes in. The car stays the same, and the chauffeur where possible.
Three swaps cover most requests. The Cotswolds day trip reaches Bibury, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water, about 85 miles west of London. The Stonehenge and Bath day trip runs about ten hours door to door. The Oxford day adds Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace on the way home.

Frequently asked questions about weekly chauffeur hire
How much is a private driver for a week in London?
From £2,590 per week for a Mercedes E-Class, which is seven days of 8 hours each inside London. The table above lists the V-Class, S-Class and Range Rover weeks, the extra-hour rates and the swap-day prices. Nothing is added for booking the days consecutively.
Is a monthly private driver in London cheaper per day?
A month is quoted per month rather than from a published figure. A monthly pattern usually mixes full days, short days and rest days. Send the start date and the likely pattern and we return one written figure for the month. No discount is promised in advance.
Will we have the same chauffeur every day of the week?
Where possible, yes. We roster one chauffeur for all seven days. If another driver covers a day, we tell you before the first morning. It is not guaranteed on every date, especially in July and August.
What happens if a day runs longer than 8 hours?
Each hour beyond the eighth is billed at your car’s hourly rate. Every started hour counts as a full hour; there are no half hours. Tell the chauffeur in the morning if you expect a late finish so the evening is planned for it.
Can we spend one or two days outside London during the week?
Yes. A Cotswolds, Bath or Oxford day replaces a London day at that trip’s price. The total is adjusted before you pay. The chauffeur waits at every stop. Attraction tickets are bought by you on the official websites.
Can we cancel or shorten the week, and who are we booking with?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. A week can be shortened with the same notice for the days not yet used. Tripyana Ltd is a UK-licensed company — private hire operator licence PHOP950 · Company No. 16308293.
