Send the week’s addresses when you book: the hotel, the offices in the City, Canary Wharf or Mayfair, and the conference venue. The chauffeur plans each morning from that list and waits outside every meeting. When you walk out, the car is at the door and the next address is already set, so a meeting that overruns does not make you late for the next one.
Between appointments the rear cabin is a quiet place for a call or the papers for the next room. If colleagues fly in midweek, a second car runs to the same schedule, with one contact on your side for both. A chauffeur for a week or a month: family and medical stays
Families who come for the whole summer, and patients with a run of appointments on Harley Street or at a London hospital, often keep the same car well beyond seven days. The routine stays the same; only the pattern of days changes.
For a medical stay, send the clinic addresses and appointment times with your dates. Each day starts when you say, so an 08:00 consultation or a 15:00 scan sets the pickup. A family month rarely has two identical days: a clinic or school in the morning, Knightsbridge in the afternoon, a quiet day at the flat. We quote the month on that basis, mixing full days, short days and rest days, with child seats fitted free when you give the ages.
Plans move during a long stay. A new appointment, a cancelled outing or a later start goes to the single number you are given for the stay. If a day will run late, tell the chauffeur that morning so the evening is planned around it.

Can days outside London be part of the weekly hire?
Yes. Any day can become a countryside day: the London day leaves the total and that destination’s day-trip price goes in. The car stays the same, and the chauffeur where possible.
Three swaps cover most requests. The Cotswolds day trip from London reaches Bibury, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water, about 85 miles west of London. The Stonehenge and Bath day trip runs about ten hours door to door. The Oxford day adds Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace on the way home.
What should you know before booking a driver for a week?
- A day is 8 hours counted from the first pickup to the last drop, waiting included. A longer day is added to your written quote. Each day works like an as-directed chauffeur booking.
- No half hours waiting inside the day is included. A day that ends at 8 hours 20 minutes is billed as 9 hours.
- Unused hours do not carry over a 5-hour day is still a full day of the week; hours are not moved to the next day.
- Same chauffeur where possible we roster one driver for the week and tell you before day one if a second driver covers any day.
- Central London charges are inside the price the Congestion Charge applies 07:00–18:00 on weekdays and 12:00–18:00 at weekends; the ULEZ runs 24 hours a day. You never pay either separately.
- Airport days are transfers arrival and departure are one-way Heathrow airport transfers, outside the seven days, with an hour of free waiting after landing.
- Children and language child seats are fitted free when you give the ages. An Arabic-speaking chauffeur is available on request, subject to availability.

Can we cancel or shorten the week, and who are we booking with?
