    Meet & Assist by airport: Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City

    The same greeter service runs at every London airport. Each airport has its own package fare, guest allowance and minimum notice — listed here exactly as the booking form charges them.

    Gatwick meet & assist

    £310 for up to 2 guests · book at least 24 hours ahead. Your greeter meets you at the aircraft door in the North or South Terminal and stays with you to the car. A Gatwick to central London transfer can be booked separately at a fixed fare.

    Stansted meet & assist

    £430 for up to 4 guests · 48 hours’ notice. Used by families on Emirates and low-cost European routes; the package covers Fast Track and help with the bags.

    Luton meet & assist

    £300 for up to 2 guests · 48 hours’ notice. Met at the aircraft door and escorted through arrivals to the pickup point.

    London City meet & assist

    £480 for up to 4 guests · 48 hours’ notice. A compact terminal with short walks, so the concierge here is mainly about privacy and speed at passport control.

    What the service includes

    Personal greeter with your name board Waiting the moment you step off the aircraft — not at the far end of the terminal.

    The Meet & Assist package at Heathrow is £350 for up to 2 passengers, Fast Track included; each additional passenger is +£90. The private car (from £125 one way) and the VIP lounge (£65 per person, per direction) are optional add-ons at their own prices.

    Where your greeter waits

    On arrival Your greeter waits at the aircraft exit gate holding a board with the name you choose at booking — before the queues build at immigration. We track your flight automatically; if your landing time changes, your greeter is in place at the right moment.

    Where do I find my greeter?
    On arrival, your greeter waits the moment you step off the aircraft, holding a board with your name. For departures, they meet you at the drop-off point in front of the departures terminal — for any question, just contact us before you travel.
    What if my flight is delayed?
    We verify your flight at booking and your greeter tracks it live. If you land early or late, your greeter adjusts automatically — no action needed from you.
    Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes. Cancellation is free up to 36 hours before the service, London time, and the refund goes back to your card in full automatically: open the link in your confirmation email, confirm, and you receive a cancellation email. Inside 36 hours the booking can no longer be cancelled online, so contact us and we will do what is possible.
    How many passengers and bags can I book?
    Up to 7 passengers and 8 checked bags online. Help with 4 bags is included, and a dedicated porter can take all of them. For larger groups, contact us for a tailored quote.
    Do you cover departures as well as arrivals?
    Yes. For departures your greeter meets you kerbside at the departures terminal, escorts you through check-in and Fast Track security, and walks you to your gate area.
