Customer Reviews on Google
Honestly one of the best decisions I made. The guy was literally waiting at the plane door at Heathrow, walked me straight through the fast track. I was out before my friends even got off the plane lol. 100% worth it

The same greeter service runs at every London airport. Each airport has its own package fare, guest allowance and minimum notice — listed here exactly as the booking form charges them.
Gatwick Meet & Assist
£310 (about $420) for up to 2 guests · book at least 24 hours ahead. Your greeter meets you at the aircraft door in the North or South Terminal and stays with you to the car. A Gatwick to central London transfer can be booked separately at a fixed fare.
Stansted Meet & Assist
£430 (about $580) for up to 4 guests · 48 hours’ notice. Used by families on Emirates and low-cost European routes; the package covers Fast Track and help with the bags.
Luton Meet & Assist
£300 (about $405) for up to 2 guests · 48 hours’ notice. Met at the aircraft door and escorted through arrivals to the pickup point.
London City Meet & Assist
£480 (about $650) for up to 4 guests · 48 hours’ notice. A compact terminal with short walks, so the concierge here is mainly about privacy and speed at passport control.
Dollar figures are approximate; you are charged in GBP.
Flying into Heathrow? Our Heathrow VIP service, with its package and terminal details, is set out on the Heathrow meet and greet service page. Extra guests, lounge access and a private transfer are added in the form above. For a fully private departure or arrival away from the main terminals, see the Windsor Suite at Heathrow.
Gatwick VIP Meet and Assist, Step by Step: Aircraft Door to Your Car
Gatwick has two terminals, and we meet you at whichever one your flight uses. On the day, your arrival runs in four steps:
- Off the plane: your greeter stands where you leave the aircraft, your chosen name on a sign. We track the flight, so an early or late landing moves the meeting with it.
- Passport control: your greeter walks you to the desks and stays beside you until you are through. A Border Force officer still checks every passport; no greeter can take you past that desk.
- Baggage reclaim: help with up to 3 bags is included; add a porter in the form above if you are carrying more.
- To the car: with a private transfer, your chauffeur waits alongside your greeter and the walk ends at the car door. Without one, you are escorted out to the arrivals hall.
Flying out of Gatwick, the order reverses: you are met at the departures kerb at the time in your confirmation, then guided through check-in and security to your gate. Gatwick runs its Fast Track security lane in both the North and South Terminal from 04:00 to 20:00; whatever the hour of your flight, your greeter stays with you through security and on to the gate.
Travelling with elderly parents or young children? The greeter keeps to your pace the whole way. A wheelchair is the airport’s own free assistance, booked through your airline. Not sure which terminal your airline uses? See our Gatwick North and South Terminal guide.
Arrival, Departure or Round Trip: Which Meet & Assist to Book
Choose Arrival when you land in London, Departure when you fly out, and Round Trip when you want both. It is the first choice in the form, and the total updates before you pay.
- Arrival: your greeter is at the plane exit, guides you through passport control and baggage reclaim, then walks you to your driver or the arrivals hall.
- Departure: you are met at the terminal kerb about three hours before take-off, then led through check-in and the priority security lane to your gate.
- Round Trip: both legs of your London airport Meet & Assist in one booking, with 10% off round-trip bookings.
Fast Track sits inside every leg; it is part of the package, never a separate purchase. Each direction carries its own flight number and date, so we follow your inbound and outbound flights one by one.
Extras such as a porter are priced per direction, and the form doubles them on a round trip. The private car follows the same logic: airport to hotel when you land, hotel to airport when you leave. Both journeys then sit in a single booking with one greeter team.
Greeter or Chauffeur: Which London Airport Meet and Greet Do You Need?
“Meet and greet” describes three different services at London airports, so it helps to know which one you are booking.
- Airside greeter (this page): a member of our team meets you where you leave the aircraft, walks you through Fast Track passport control and baggage reclaim, and stays with you until you reach the car. It suits first visits, families with young children, older parents and anyone short of time.
- Chauffeur at arrivals: when you book only the drive, your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, follows your flight and drives you to your hotel. There is no escort through the terminal itself.
- Car-park valet: at UK airports the same words also mean valet parking for people who drive themselves. We do not offer it; our service looks after you, not your car.
Many guests combine the first two: add the car to your booking, and the greeter hands you over to the chauffeur at the car door. Fixed fares for the drive alone are listed under London airport transfers.
What the service includes

The Meet & Assist package at Heathrow is £350 for up to 2 passengers, Fast Track included; each additional passenger is +£90. The private car (from £125 one way) and the VIP lounge (£65 per person, per direction) are optional add-ons at their own prices.
Where your greeter waits
The service operates at Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Heathrow — every terminal, T2, T3, T4 and T5 included.
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, and your greeter is ready at whichever one your flight uses. They meet you off the plane and walk you through passport control and baggage reclaim to arrivals.
For departures, the package includes Fast Track security where Gatwick offers it. The free inter-terminal shuttle links North and South in about two minutes, and the railway station sits at South Terminal.
Meet & Assist (without the London car transfer) is also available at Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool and Belfast City — choose the airport in the booking form.
- Manchester (MAN)£295(≈ $400)
- Edinburgh (EDI)£345(≈ $465)

- Birmingham (BHX)£300(≈ $405)
